All Neurobro software is proprietary. The canonical license below applies to
all Neurobro products and repositories unless a repository explicitly states
its own license (e.g. the open-source Nevron framework).

This software, including its source code, object code, configuration, documentation, and all related materials (collectively, the "Software"), is the proprietary and confidential property of NeuroFoundation, LLC ("NeuroFoundation").

NO RIGHTS GRANTED. No license or other rights, express or implied, are granted under this notice. Without limitation, no permission is granted to use, run, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, host, or create derivative works of the Software, in whole or in part, for any purpose — commercial or non-commercial, public or private.

Access to the Software, however obtained, conveys no ownership or license rights. Rights of employees, contractors, and partners are governed solely by their separate written agreements with NeuroFoundation.

Third-party components included in or distributed with the Software remain subject to their own licenses; see THIRD\_PARTY\_NOTICES where present.
