# Account Deletion

> How to delete your Neurobro account and associated data

  You can request deletion of your Neurobro account and associated personal data at any time. This applies to all Neurobro products and services, including Neurodex (mobile apps, web app, Telegram bot, and Base App). Once completed, you will no longer be able to access your account, and we will delete or anonymize your personal data as described below.

## 1. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to **[support@neurobro.ai](mailto:support@neurobro.ai)** with the subject line **"Delete Neurobro account"**.

Include in your email:

* The email address you used to register
* Your username or Telegram handle, if applicable
* The platforms you use (Android app, iOS app, web app, Telegram bot, Base App)
* Any wallet addresses linked to your account (optional but helpful)

  We strongly recommend sending the request from the same email address associated with your account. If not possible, we may request additional verification, including a signed message from linked wallet addresses.

## 2. What Happens After You Send Your Request

We will:

1. Confirm receipt within 48 hours
2. Verify your identity and locate your account
3. Delete or anonymize your personal data across our services

We aim to complete deletion within **30 days** after verification, unless a different period is required by law.

## 3. Data That Will Be Deleted

We delete or irreversibly anonymize:

    AI Agent messages and conversation context

<Warning>
  After deletion, you cannot restore your account or recover this data. This action is permanent and irreversible.
</Warning>

## 4. Data That We May Need to Keep

We may retain limited data for legal or legitimate reasons:

* **Security records**: Minimal information for fraud prevention and abuse protection (IP addresses, flagged wallet addresses, security logs)
* **Aggregated analytics**: Anonymized data that cannot identify you individually
* **Server logs**: IP-level logs retained up to 30 days unless required for security investigation (see our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy#data-retention))

  If we must keep such data, we retain only what is strictly necessary, limit access, and store it separately from your deleted account. This data is used solely for legal compliance, security, or aggregated analytics.

## 5. Onchain Data and Blockchain Transactions

<Warning>
  **IMPORTANT**: Transactions recorded on public blockchains cannot be changed or deleted by us or anyone else.
</Warning>

We can delete:

* Links between your account and wallet addresses in our systems
* Internal logs that identify you personally
* Your account's association with onchain activity in our databases

Blockchain transactions remain permanently on the public ledger and are visible to anyone who knows the wallet address. This is inherent to blockchain technology and beyond our control.
